5G CMS License Agreement
SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between the user ("Licensee") and 5G CMS ("Licensor").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 5G CMS for:
- Creating and managing one or more websites
- Customizing design and content through the admin interface
- Creating pages, media, forms, and other website content
2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee is NOT permitted to:
- Remove, modify, or obscure copyright notices in any source code
- Remove ownership messages or developer credits
- Alter PHP files beyond what the admin interface provides
- Sell, lease, or transfer the software to any third party
- Create derivative works for sale or distribution
- Reverse engineer or decompile the source code
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or modify license headers or notices
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5G CMS and all its components are the exclusive property of Licensor. This includes:
- Source code and architecture
- Design and user interface
- Database structure
- All documentation
- All trademarks and logos
Licensee's content is owned by Licensee, but the CMS itself remains the property of Licensor.
4. PERMITTED COMMERCIAL USE
You may use 5G CMS to:
- Build websites for your own business
- Build client websites for a fee (with proper licensing)
- Use it as a business tool
You may NOT sell the software itself or offer it as a product.
5. MODIFICATIONS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS
Standard License:
- You may customize design through CSS
- You may customize JavaScript for frontend features
- You may add custom content and pages
- You must keep copyright notices intact
With License Removal Package:
- You may modify PHP source code
- You may remove copyright notices
- You may customize all aspects of the software
- You may create custom branding
6. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Code Resale
- Selling the 5G CMS code to others
- Offering modified versions for sale
- Distributing the code publicly
- Making the code available for free download
- Packaging it with other software for resale
Service Resale Without License
- Building client websites without attribution (without License Removal)
- Presenting 5G CMS as your own product
- Removing developer credit from multiple websites
- Claiming ownership of 5G CMS functionality
Copyright Violation
- Removing copyright notices from source code
- Removing 5G CMS attribution from websites
- Modifying license headers
- Hiding ownership information
7. LICENSE REMOVAL PACKAGE
To remove copyright notices and modify source code, Licensee must purchase a "License Removal Package." This package includes:
- Explicit permission to remove copyright notices
- Right to modify PHP source code
- Ability to customize all software aspects
- Option to use without visible 5G CMS attribution
License Removal Packages are:
- Per-website or per-developer
- One-time purchase with ongoing use rights
- Transferable with the website
- Non-refundable after purchase
8. COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION
Licensor reserves the right to verify compliance with these terms. Verification may include:
- Inspecting website source code
- Checking for copyright notices
- Verifying license status
- Auditing use and distribution
9. VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES
Violation of this agreement may result in:
- Immediate termination of license
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- Cease and desist notices
- Claims for damages
- Removal of support and updates
- Public notice of license violation
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
5G CMS is provided "as-is" without warranties. Licensor is not liable for:
- Loss of data or business
- Website downtime
- Security issues
- Compatibility issues
11. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Licensor provides support and updates in accordance with the support package purchased. Support may be withheld for non-compliant use.
12. TERMINATION
Licensor may terminate this license if:
- Licensee violates any term
- Licensee fails to comply with copyright requirements
- Licensee attempts to resell the software
- Licensee removes required attributions
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, along with the Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction.
ACCEPTANCE: By installing and using 5G CMS, you accept all terms of this License Agreement.
